Dear Alpen and everybody around you,
May this festival of lights, reflect the luminenece and brilliance of the lamps that are lit in every house, on to your face, eyes and bring back the vitality and zeal..health.
Right now, Haren is talking to Sureshbhai and wishing him Happy Diwali and New year.
Yesterday, we the group of 20 people, went to Katraj, where our jain temple of Mahavirswami is located. We went there as it had lot of programs as Diwali is the nirvana day of Lord Mahavir.All of you have visited Pune, and visited Katraj Jain mandir will realize the beauty of the place. On Diwali night, well lit oil lamps in hundreds, decorating and creating the serene ambience, makes one some how better connected to the Almighty. We performed chatyavandan and bid ghee for two mangal divo.We remebered all from Shah-sheth family and prayed for our collective peace and wellbeing. Outside the temple, which is at the height, we saw lots of fire crackers and the glittering lights from the houses below.
After that, we all proceeded to our house in Utopia for get togehter and we had Diwali dinner together. The esteemed guests were, Mahendra shah's family, Piyush Shah's family, and Chintan -Neetu - Priyam (Ilabahbhi's relatives from porbandar. After dinner we saw video sent by Nirupama sheth on Planet Earth. Overall it was the grand evening together. We all had good time togehter and remembered every one of you with fond regards.
